NOTE:  The honey will crystallize. It is a natural, spontaneous process and indicates the honey is pure. Crystallization enhances the flavor and makes spreading the honey simpler. If you prefer to re-liquify the honey, warm slowly in a sunny window, warm bath or in an oven-safe container (90-100 degrees). Do not overheat.
